Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch, and Express delivery takes 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we ship to UK addresses only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If an item arrives faulty, we cover return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@bambelou.me with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and check the returned item, usually within a few business days.

Product Safety

Are Bambelou toys safe for my child?

Every toy we sell is CE certified and made from non-toxic materials, with accurate age recommendations. We check the safety documentation for every product before it joins our collection. You can read more on our Product Safety & Certification page.

How do I know what age a toy is suitable for?

Each product page lists a recommended age range. If you're ever unsure, get in touch and we're happy to advise.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible at hello@bambelou.me and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but our returns policy still applies.
