We don't use customer accounts, so there's no login needed. Every order gets a tracking link sent straight to your inbox, and if you can't find it, our team can look it up by hand in under a day.
We dispatch your order
Within 1-2 business days of you placing it.
You get an email
A shipping confirmation with your tracking link lands in your inbox.

The link takes you straight to the courier's live tracking page.
Delivery times
Standard UK delivery: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
Express UK delivery: 1-2 business days from dispatch.
Delivery is free on every order, and all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Haven't received a tracking email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you still don't have one, use the form above or email us directly at hello@bambelou.me with your order number.
Order hasn't arrived?
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, or if your estimated delivery date has passed, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf. We're never far away: hello@bambelou.me or 07873 376060, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
