At Bambelou, we want your little one's toys to arrive quickly, safely, and with a smile. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Free UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping: 3β5 business days
Express shipping: 1β2 business days (additional charge applies at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, and school holidays.
Delivery Partners
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail and DPD. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can track your order directly on the Royal Mail or DPD website using the tracking number provided.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our carrier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@bambelou.me and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@bambelou.me and we will do our best to help.
